Hi, i have been using kettlebells now for about one year now and i think with diet and the bell i have been able to lose almost twenty pounds this year! I tried weight training, bands but nothing has performed for me like a kettlebell. I just stepped up to the 45Lb last month from the 35Lb bell and it takes some getting used to. But the effort is worth it every time i look in the mirror. Go fit make an excellent product, the rubber base make this product stand out from the others and the DVD is basic but good.
