I haven't bought this item from this company; but I have used Kettle bells in the past and love them to death. There are things you can do with these things you just can't do with other weights. The routines are free online all over the place and definately enhance any exercise program in increasing strength, stanima (the Kettle bell circuit will kick your [...]if you've never done it.)and definately a change of pace from doing the same old routine. START LIGHT unless you are experienced in heavy weight training. You don't use these like dumbbells...even if you do, they're not the same.
