I bought this based on the reviews. I found this to be a perfect starter kit. The instructions on the use of the kettlebell are excelent. The workout is a combination of kettlebell moves and some tough arobics that will put sweat on your brow to say the least. My only complaint is the tiny little handle on the 5 pound kettlebell - not easy to work with.
